I’m managing a project to provide a digital accessibility remediation platform at my institution, plus the change and transformation strategies required to achieve compliance.

For me, the most interesting aspect of this project has been transitioning it through its stages. Typical projects have their beginning, middle, and end phases with the ultimate goal of becoming regular operations and services, so this project has taught me a lot about maintaining scope and partnering with others.
